With experience at the FCC, USTelecom, Frontier Communications, and Wilkinson Barker Knauer, he brings unmatched expertise in telecom policy and strategy.
Michael Rollins
Managing Director at Citi Research covering the communications services and infrastructure sectors, including wireless, cable, wireline, fiber, data centers, towers, and satellite. He has published a number of collaborative and thematic research ideas leveraging Citi’s global research platform on topics such as spectrum, the economics of mobile and broadband services, and emerging technologies within the sector. Prior to joining Citi in 2000, Michael covered the wireless sector at JP Morgan. During his tenure at Citi Research, Michael has been recognized by II Survey, WSJ’s Best on the Street, and FT/Starmine Best Stock Pickers Survey and Top Earnings Estimators survey. He was recognized in the 2017 Thompson Reuters Analyst Awards as the #1 ranked Stock Picker in the Diversified Telecommunications Services category. Michael received a BS degree from Cornell University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
