Dominic Villecco
President | Chair, Public Safety Committee
Dominic Villecco is a 36-year veteran of the telecommunications industry. As V-COMM’s founder and president, he led the organization from two employees to over 50 employees, with office locations in two states, in less than five years. He has qualified as an expert witness in telecommunications engineering in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Michigan. He has also testified in Federal court on behalf of the FCC and Department of Justice in two high-profile cases.
Prior to founding V-COMM in 1995, he led all engineering efforts for Comcast Cellular Communications, Inc. and Comcast International Holdings. As former Director of Engineering for American Cellular Network Corporation (AMCELL), he helped to design the first regional cellular network in the United States with propriety automatic call delivery among independent carriers. Mr. Villecco’s expertise provides a positive impact upon his clients’ growth rates and their ability to secure financing from key vendors.
Mr. Villecco was previously the Vice Chairman of the Board of Advisors for Drexel University’s Electrical and Computer Engineering Department and received the 2001 Distinguished Alumnus Award from the same department. Mr. Villecco was previously the Chairman of the Technical subcommittee for APCO Region 28 and its 700 MHz initiatives. Mr. Villecco is an active member of the IEEE and a member of the Radio Club of America.

Gregory D. Meese, Esq.
Vice President | Co-Chair, Government Affairs and Education Committee
Greg Meese is Vice President and Co-Chair of the Government Affairs/Education Committee of the NJWA and a principal with Price Meese Shulman & D’Arminio, P.C. in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. Mr. Meese has over 30 years’ experience representing the wireless industry. He is a former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey State Bar Association Land Use Law Section, Counsel to the Builders Association of Northern New Jersey, and Co-chair of the Environmental Law Section of the Bergen County Bar Association. He is the Editor of the Land Use Citator, an annual compendium of case law and statutory and regulatory enactments that impact land development and property rights that has been published by the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education for the past 10 years.
Mr. Meese has been actively involved in the telecommunications industry since 1986. He has authored a chapter on the zoning of telecommunications facilities for Matthew Bender’s national zoning treatise Zoning and Land Use Controls and was the Special Editor of the June 1999 issue of New Jersey Lawyer Magazine that focused on telecommunications and utility law issues. He has written several articles regarding telecommunications and land use matters. Mr. Meese secures governmental approvals for the siting of telecommunications facilities in New Jersey and New York and has represented the industry in state and federal courts.
Mr. Meese is a graduate of Rutgers College and received his law degree from the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington D.C. His accomplishments have been recognized in Who’s Who in American Law and he has been awarded an AV Preeminent rating in Martindale Hubbell. He is included in Legal Leaders’ top attorneys in New Jersey and New York, 201 Magazine’s list of top attorneys in Bergen County, New Jersey Magazine’s list of “Super Lawyers” and Best Lawyers list of Best Lawyers in America. He was named the Best Lawyers’ 2017 Hackensack Real Estate Law “Lawyer of the Year.”

Christopher Adams
Secretary | Co-Chair, Government Affairs and Education Committee
Christopher is CEO of Rath Towers, LLC, a cell tower acquisition and development company. Previously, Christopher was in-house counsel at Blue Sky Tower Partners, TAG2 Telecom, Communications Capital Group, and Unison Site Management. Christopher earned his Bachelor’s degree at Fordham University and his law degree at Seton Hall University.

Jim Kudless
Treasurer
Jim is currently a wireless industry title research consultant after retiring in 2017 after 11 years as Vice President of Business Development and Process Excellence at US Title Solutions. He worked to make U.S. Title Solutions the leader in quality title reports for the telecommunications industry and implemented changes to increase the productivity of the firm.
Prior to joining US Title Solutions Jim worked as Director of Marketing at Trane Commercial Air Conditioning and in a variety of sales functions at Hewlett Packard. In addition to being a Six Sigma Black Belt, Jim holds a MS in Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University and completed the mini-MBA through Rutgers University. He also currently serves as Vice Chairman on the board of International Ballet of Greenville.
Jim previously served the NJWA for many years as the Chair of its Membership/Sponsorship/Events committee.

Mike Ahl
Board Member | Co-Chair, Charity Committee
Mike Ahl is an Attorney in the State of New Jersey. He is a Site Development Manager with T-Mobile (formerly Sprint). Mike has been in the wireless industry since 2000. He has worked on hundreds of telecommunication sites in New Jersey and New York, as well as Department of Defense sites across the United States.
Prior to working in the wireless industry, Mike worked in general practice law firms specializing in Real Estate and Family Law. Mike obtained is BS from Rutgers University and his JD from Seton Hall Law School.

Gregg Bailey
Board Member
Gregg Bailey has 20 years of experience in the wireless industry in the NYC Market and is currently a Site Development Manager for the NYC/North NJ market for Dish Wireless and is responsible for the build out of Dish Wireless’s 5G standalone network for a portion of the market. Prior to moving to Dish Wireless, Gregg was the Area Manager for Site Acquisition for AT&T for 6 ½ years responsible for LTE Upgrade and New Site Build programs.
Before moving to the carrier side of the business, Gregg spent time on the vendor side including running his own site development company for 10 years. During his time as a vendor, Gregg helped build out the NYC market for AT&T, Clearwire, MetroPCS, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, as well as other customers.

Danielle Bartley
Board Member | Co-Chair, Event Committee
With over 12 years of telecommunications experience, Danielle Bartley is currently a Project Manager with Tectonic Engineering Consultants, Geologists & Land Surveyors, D.P.C., where her responsibilities include leading a team in leasing, zoning, permitting and due diligence. Through her time in the industry, Danielle has successfully supported the launch of hundreds of telco sites as well as issued over 1,500 telco land surveys in support of client due diligence efforts.
Danielle is a passionate advocate for LQTBQ+ Rights, with over 15 years of volunteer service, supporting and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community, promoting equal opportunity, and supporting a range of community services provided to ensure equitable resources and opportunities for all. She is also dedicated in her mission to increase awareness of signs and symptoms, to enhance early detection, of ovarian cancer in women of all ages.
In addition to her professional and volunteer life, Danielle is a mother to two daughters and cherishes the ability to teach them that being a woman and mother, while having a career, shall not limit them in their dreams and successes.

Peter Broy
Board Member | Co-Chair, Sponsorship Committee
Peter Broy has served in the Wireless Industry since 1993. He is currently a Site Acquisition Consultant for Centerline Communications. Prior to joining Centerline, he was at Crown Castle for twelve years in the DAS/Small Cell Division. Before moving into DAS, Peter had worked for a number of consultants in the Wireless Real Estate, Leasing and Zoning field. He also served as National Zoning Director for Winstar Communications.
Peter’s educational accomplishments include earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Art and Architecture. He also holds a Master of Public Administration Degree from the University of Southern California.

Carl Busseno
Board Member | Government Affairs and Education Committee
Carl is the Director of Radio Access Network for AT&T in the New York/New Jersey Metro Area. In that role, he is responsible for the overall design and optimization of AT&T’s Wireless voice and data network throughout Northern NJ, NYC, Long Island, Westchester, Orange and Sullivan County.
Prior to rejoining AT&T Wireless in January 2004, Carl was an independent consultant for a couple of years, with his own company, working with Nextel Communications to improve their internal processes and procedures for RF Performance, Design and Field Operations.
Prior to that, he owned and operated another consulting company which he built up from a two person company in 1995, to a 20 person company in 1997, before selling to a larger “turnkey key” type company. After selling his business to the larger company, he was employed with that company as the executive vice president of engineering for a number of years where he continued to build the team to a 40 person department and $4 million a year business. During that time, he and his team worked for companies such as AT&T Wireless, Nextel Communications, T-Mobile, Cingular Wireless Interactive, and Lucent Technologies, to name a few.
Carl was with AT&T Wireless in New York from 1992 to 1995, prior to becoming an entrepreneur, where he served as manager of RF Design and Performance in Manhattan. While in that role, his team developed the initial microcell plan for NYC. Prior to becoming manager, he served as a senior RF engineer in New York market responsible for RF Design and Performance in Long Island and Manhattan.
Prior to joining AT&T wireless, Carl worked for NYNEX Mobile Communications (presently named Verizon Wireless) from 1988 to 1992, where he moved his way up from a college intern to RF Area Engineer. In that role, he was responsible for design and performance of several areas throughout New York Metro.
Carl has been working in wireless and the New York market for almost 25 years and holds a Bachelor of Engineer degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Michael Lee Foster
Board Member | Co-Chair, Sponsorship & Charity Committees
Michael Lee Foster has an extensive background in sales and marketing in the tower industry and has worked with all the major carriers on both a regional and national level. Prior to his retirement he was the Director of National Sales – Managed Sites for AAT Communications LLC; a subsidiary of SBA Communications Corporation.
Michael Lee previously served as Vice President of Business Development for Wireless Spectrum Services and also National Director of Business Development for ATC Construction Services.
He was recalled to active duty with the United States Naval Air Reserves in January 2003 and spent a year in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, flying the DC-9 transport aircraft in support of Operation Noble Eagle and Operation Enduring Freedom. He was released from active duty with United States Navy in December 2003 and joined AAT Communications in January 2004. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Prior to being President of the NJWA in 2012, Michael Lee served as Vice President of the organization since its inception.

Mike Fox
Board Member | Co-Chair, Event Planning Committee
Mike Fox is General Manager for the New York/New Jersey market for Dish Network.
Mike was born and raised in NY/NJ and earned his BSEE from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Hackensack, NJ. After graduating he began his Telecommunications career in 1982 as an Electrical Engineer for Western Union. Designing and implementing an upgrade for a national microwave network, he also started training as a Project Manager. His introduction to Cellular came in 1986 when he was one of the Project Managers at Motorola who built the original A-band network in NY/NJ for Metro One.
Mike spent several years at Motorola heading up a team of Project Managers in the Northeast working on networks for commercial applications as well as state and local government agencies. In 1991, Mike took a position with Cellular One in NJ. Building a team of Project Managers there, they continued the buildout of NY/NJ and additionally planned and managed the market launches of the PCS networks in Boston, Philadelphia, and Baltimore/Washington. In 2000 Mike founded Wireless Network Group (WNG) and was the President and CEO for nearly 20 years. Mike also heads up the WIA wireless industry band, The Band Plan which is comprised of wireless industry professionals throughout the country. They perform several times a year at various industry events.

Gail Goldman
Board Member | Co-Chair, Website/Social Media/Public Relations Committee
Gail Goldman has over 20 years of experience in site marketing, infrastructure management, site acquisition and business development in the wireless industry. She currently works for Valore, LLC managing rooftops and business development.
Gail began her career in wireless with Whalen & Company, one of the original site acquisition firms, helping Nextel to lease, zone and launch their network in the Boston area. She then worked in the Seattle market with Sprint to deploy their system. She was at several other site acquisition companies before landing at Verizon to market their towers for colocation. Crown Castle purchased Verizon’s towers in 1999 and Gail went to work for Crown for the next 18 years. She handled all aspects of site development, site marketing, carrier relations and business development. She served as the main point of contact for the New York/New Jersey and Eastern PA markets.
Gail received a BS in Mass Communications from Boston University.

Ed Gomez

With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Ed co-founded inRange Solutions in 2011, a program management company specializing in land lease acquisitions, AE design, development, and construction management. Formed in 2011, inRange Solutions is a Minority Owned Business recognized by the National Minority Supplier Development Council and was recognized as one of the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC) Top 100 Fastest Growing and emerging businesses in the U.S. from 2015-2018.
Prior to starting inRange Solutions, Ed served as the Sr. Project Manager at Transcend Wireless from 2005-2011. Ed is a graduate of Seton Hall University where he graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Management Information Systems for Business.

Robert Ivanoff

With over 30 years experience in the wireless industry, Rob is currently the President and Managing Director of Copper Hill Ventures, LLC. Rob’s areas of expertise include engineering, marketing and finance, operations and business development. Rob previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Liberty Towers, Rockville, Maryland, a communications tower developer and operator; Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for the International Wireless Industry Consortium, Warminster, PA, and Vice President of Asset Management for Crown Castle USA. Rob has previously served as Secretary for NJWA, Vice President and most recently, President.

Rob McKeever
Board Member | Chair, Event Planning & Sponsorship Committees
With over 23 years of experience in the wireless industry, Rob McKeever is currently the Verizon National Account Manager for Galtronics USA Inc. Rob’s additional responsibilities include Key Account Manager to Crown Castle and North East Regional Sales Manager for Galtronics. Rob previously served as DAS Construction Manager / Consultant to Verizon in the New York Metro area managing numerous high-profile DAS builds in the 5 boroughs of NYC. Prior to this work Rob founded and managed a successful Manufacturers Rep firm, McKeever and Associates, LLC serving as President from 2004-2015. During this tenure, Rob represented over two dozen prominent Wireless Infrastructure companies and in 2008 diversified his Wireless Rep firm in the field of Information Technology (IT) by successfully guiding a prominent Power/Environmental Monitoring Technology company based in the United Kingdom through several large datacenter builds with a Fortune 500 Investment Firm in the United States.
Rob got his start in the Wireless industry in 1997 as a Wireless Manufacturers Sales Representative working for his first mentor, Mike Ostella, of M. Ostella and Associates, Inc. Rob is a 1996 graduate of Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey, and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science.

Rich Mohr
Board Member | Charity Committee
Rich Mohr is a New York and New Jersey licensed attorney with over 20 years’ experience in the wireless telecommunications industry and has been a member of the NJWA for almost as long. He is currently a Site Development Manager with T-Mobile working on the leasing, zoning, permitting and regulatory aspects of its new site build program.
Prior to that he was a Site Acquisition Manager at MetroPCS and prior to that he was a consultant for other carriers providing leasing and zoning coordination services and network development consulting. He has extensive experience working on new builds and upgrades of sites in New Jersey, New York City, the Lower Hudson Valley, Long Island and New England at various times during his career.
Rich has a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Anthony Suppa, P.E., C.M.E.
Board Member | Chair, Safety, Environmental, Engineering and Construction Committee
Tony is a Professional Engineer and Certified Municipal Engineer in the State of New Jersey. Working in the wireless industry since 1996, he is a Project Manager with Public Service Electric and Gas, working at Corporate Headquarters in Newark, New Jersey. Tony manages all third-party attachments on PSE&G’s electric transmission towers and distribution poles throughout the state of New Jersey. Prior to his employment at PSE&G, Tony engineered the designs for wireless attachments on electric transmission, monopoles, water tanks and rooftops throughout New Jersey and New York.
In addition, Tony has testified before hundreds of planning and zoning boards in New Jersey and New York. Tony is also the Utilisite Committee appointee responsible for wireless colocation for the Utilities Technology Council (UTC).
Prior to working in the wireless industry, Tony worked in the water resources sector. He is a 1981 graduate of Newark College of Engineering (NJIT).

Gina Villecco
Board Member | Co-Chair, Website/Social Media/Public Relations Committee
Gina Villecco is a communications, public relations and digital marketing specialist. As V-COMM’s Marketing Manager, Gina’s responsibilities include digital marketing, market research, web design and management, social media, advertising, public relations and trade show coordination.
Gina graduated from Temple University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications, and minors in Spanish and French. She has since been working for V-COMM and volunteering with NJWA as Co-Chair of the Social Media/Website/Public Relations Committee and former Secretary. Gina is the youngest person to ever hold a position on both the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee for NJWA.
In 2021, Gina was appointed the Marketing Manager for Eclipse Lit, a nonprofit literary magazine that serves as an outlet and safe space for writers to heal through art while benefiting organizations dedicated to helping people with trauma.
Prior to joining V-COMM, Gina was the Marketing Director for Templar, Temple’s annual yearbook, and interned for the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA), First Night Haddonfield and Media Friendly PR. Her certifications include digital marketing, blogging and content marketing, web design, sales and creative writing. Gina speaks English, Spanish, French, Italian and Swedish.

Steven Weiss
Board Member | Government Affairs and Education Committee
Steve Weiss currently manages the TriState (New Jersey, PA, Delaware) Microcell and In-Building programs for Verizon Wireless and has been in the wireless industry for 19 years. Steve’s broad background in Real Estate includes everything from leasing, zoning and regulatory work to the development and financing of large commercial retail and office projects.
Prior to joining Verizon Wireless in 2004, Steve had his own consulting business. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Biochemistry and started his professional career as a Research Scientist. He transitioned his career into Real Estate after graduating from NYU’s Stern School of Business with an MBA in Finance and Real Estate.
Although proud to be a part of the ever changing and challenging world of wireless communications, he is most proud of his three children, Ryan, Lyndsay and Zack.
