Tony is a Professional Engineer and Certified Municipal Engineer in the State of New Jersey. Working in the wireless industry since 1996, he is a Project Manager with Public Service Electric and Gas, working at Corporate Headquarters in Newark, New Jersey.  Tony manages all third-party attachments on PSE&G’s electric transmission towers and distribution poles throughout the state of New Jersey.   Prior to his employment at PSE&G, Tony engineered the designs for wireless attachments on electric transmission, monopoles, water tanks and rooftops throughout New Jersey and New York.

In addition, Tony has testified before hundreds of planning and zoning boards in New Jersey and New York. Tony is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Utilities Technology Council , and in 2025-26 served as the Chairman of the Board for the Utilities Technology Council.

Prior to working in the wireless industry, Tony worked in the water resources sector. He is a 1981 graduate of Newark College of Engineering (NJIT).
