Talisha Germain joined RF Industries in 2024 as a Program Manager, where she champions strategic initiatives for key accounts, ensuring seamless project delivery and top-tier client satisfaction. Previously, Talisha served as the Utility Relations and Networking Permitting Specialist at Crown Castle, optimizing attachments, power, and jurisdictional permitting cycles within the New York City market.

Talisha is also the City Representative for the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF) for Sussex County, NJ. She fosters engagement as well as co-facilitating the member engagement team, driving initiatives that empower women in wireless to embrace empowerment, leadership, and inclusivity. Talisha also leads the Youth Department at her church, nurturing the potential of young female leaders.

As a devoted mother and avid traveler, Talisha and her teenage daughter explore diverse cultures and cuisines, actively championing inclusive and connected societies.
