Talisha Germain is the Senior Director of Programs and Strategic Partnerships at RF Industries, where she spearheads national initiatives to drive strategic growth and foster high-impact cross-functional collaboration. A recognized leader in the telecom industry, Talisha also serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF) as the Executive Director of Programs. In this role, she provides strategic oversight for the Fellowship and Telecom Trailblazers initiatives, advocating for leadership development and mentorship for women in the sector.
